How do I get in touch?
Email us at hello@typerbole.store with your order number, if you have one. We're a small team, so we answer every email ourselves, usually within 5 working days.

When will my order arrive?
Every item is printed on demand, so production takes 2 to 5 working days before your order ships. Delivery times depend on where you are, and you'll see an estimate at checkout. We'll email you confirmation as soon as your order is on its way.

Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs depend on your location and how many items you order, and they're shown at checkout before you pay.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
Not within the EU. If you're ordering from outside the EU, your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These aren't included in our prices.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us straight away. We'll do our best, but once your item has gone into production, we can't change or cancel it.

Can I return something if I change my mind?
If you're in the EU or EEA, yes. You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You pay the return postage, and items need to be unworn and in their original condition. Our Terms of Service explain how.

If you're outside the EU and EEA, every item is printed especially for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size, unless your local consumer law requires it.

Wherever you are, please check the size guide before you order. Fewer returns means less waste.

What if my item arrives damaged, faulty or misprinted?
We’ll put it right. Email us with your order number and a clear photo of the problem, ideally within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement or a refund. Your legal rights still apply after 30 days. Please don’t send anything back unless we ask you to.

What if I receive the wrong item?
Same as above: send us your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it.

What if my parcel is lost?
Email us with your order number, ideally within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we'll look into it with the carrier.

How do the sizes work?
Each product page has a size guide. Some styles run large or small, so check the notes on the product page before you order.

What are your products made of?
Full materials, certifications and care instructions are listed on each product page.

Is my data safe?
We only collect what we need to make and deliver your order, and we never sell your data. Our Privacy Policy explains everything.
