We're a small business, so we answer emails ourselves, usually within 5 working days.

Terms of service

Bold opinions, clear terms. These terms apply to your use of typerbole.store and to all orders placed through it. By placing an order, you accept these terms. Please read them before you buy.

1. The seller

Products are sold by We are the Cosmos (Business ID 2354204-8), operating under the Typerbole brand. Full contact details are listed under Business details.

2. Orders

Your order is binding once you have completed checkout and paid. We'll send an order confirmation to your email. A contract is formed when we send that confirmation.

Every product is printed on demand by our production partner, Printful, once you place your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price is clearly wrong. If we do, we'll refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, such as card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. Payments are processed securely by Squarespace Payments, powered by Stripe.

4. Delivery

Because every item is made to order, orders typically ship within 2–5 working days after they’re received. Delivery time depends on your location, and estimates are shown at checkout.

We ship worldwide. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped. Responsibility for the products passes to you when they are delivered.

If your order is late or hasn't arrived, email us and we'll look into it.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

Customers in the EU and EEA: 14-day right of withdrawal

If you're a consumer in the EU or EEA, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To do so, email us at hello@typerbole.store, or use the model withdrawal form below if you prefer.

Please return the items, unworn and in their original condition, within 14 days of telling us, to: We are the Cosmos (Typerbole), Hirvikatu 50 A, 04430 Järvenpää, Finland. You pay the cost of returning them. We'll refund the price of the products and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait to refund you until we have received the products back or you have shown proof of return.

Every item is printed only for you, so returns create waste we'd rather avoid. Please check the size guide before you order.

Model withdrawal form: To We are the Cosmos (Typerbole), Hirvikatu 50 A, 04430 Järvenpää, Finland, hello@typerbole.store. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following goods: [order number and products]. Ordered on / received on: [dates]. Name and address: [details]. Date: [date].

Customers outside the EU and EEA

Every item is printed on demand especially for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size, unless the consumer laws of your country require it. Please check the size guide before you order. This doesn't affect your rights if a product is faulty or misprinted.

6. Faulty or misprinted items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, we'll put it right. Email us at hello@typerbole.store with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund.

Please tell us as soon as possible, ideally within 30 days of delivery, so we can resolve it quickly. Your legal rights still apply after that. Under Finnish consumer law, a notice given within two months of discovering a fault is always on time. You don't need to return a faulty item unless we ask you to, and you won't pay any costs for it.

This section doesn't limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Our designs

All designs, text and images on typerbole.store belong to We are the Cosmos and are protected by copyright. Wear them proudly, but please don't copy, reproduce or sell them.

8. Using our website

You're welcome to browse, share and link to typerbole.store. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to hack, disrupt or overload the site, no automated scraping, and no use of the site for anything unlawful.

We work hard to keep product information, images and prices accurate, but colours can look slightly different on screen than in real life, and mistakes can happen. If we spot an error in an order, we'll contact you before going ahead.

The site may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we're not responsible for their content.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disputes and governing law

If something goes wrong, email us first. We'll do our best to sort it out quickly and fairly.

If we can't agree, consumers in Finland can contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and take the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi). Consumers elsewhere in the EU can get help from the European Consumer Centre in their own country.

These terms are governed by Finnish law. If you're a consumer living in another country, this doesn't remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your own country.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
